I build and scale AI product organisations. At Kristal.AI, I own the Data & AI product function end-to-end — setting strategy, building the team, and shipping LLM-based platforms that serve wealth managers across Singapore and India. I report to the CEO and secured a $500K government grant to fund our GenAI roadmap.

At PayPal, I ran Product Growth across three geographies (North America, EMEA, SEA), owning a P&L that grew from $5.6M to $68M in three years. I built and led 4 cross-functional pods of engineers, data scientists, and designers — shipping ML survival models and uplift frameworks that generated $36M+ in incremental revenue.

My approach to leadership: hire exceptional people, set ambitious but clear goals, remove blockers, and measure relentlessly. I've built teams from zero, turned around underperforming units, and consistently delivered at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution.
